The breakfast was excellent. The two days I was there, they had scrambled eggs and sausages one day and scambled eggs and bacon another. They also provided slices of French toast, with all three items in one of those covered warming containers they put on buffet lines. They also had fruit, cereal, yogurt, bread (with a toaster) and an easy to use waffle maker that produced delicious waffles, with stewed apples, blueberries and strawberries, along with maple syrup, for toppings for the French toast and waffles. Everything was very enjoyable to eat. They also provided brewed coffee, tea bags and hot water and fruit juices to drink. My room was comfortable, well and attractively furnished, clean and pleasant. One of the main reasons I chose them is because every Best Western I've ever stayed in America and Europe offered comfortable, attractive accommodation, near where I wanted to be, with pleasant staff, at a reasonable price. This one was no exception. And on this occasion, I particularly valued the shuttle bus because I needed to go between the hotel and a couple of places near the airport on this trip, so that was a big plus. I also really liked having the PC in the lobby, for checking in to my flight and for several other things I needed to go online for.

An easy choice if you need something near the Dulles airport. The shuttle was free and came every 30 minutes. They have a second shuttle they share that also comes more frequently. Room size was fairly big for two double beds. I loved that they already had the AC going for us as it was a hot day. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. Even had a microwave and mini fridge under the bathroom sink. The highlight was the breakfast. Rather than a few pastries and coffee, they had eggs, sausage, bagels, english muffins, waffles to make, cereal, oatmeal and more. A good spread for a cheaper airport hotel. They also had hot coffee available all day and fresh ice water in the lobby. I saw plenty of snacks and even frozen meals for purchase in the lobby too. I'd definitely stay here again for any of my Dulles connections.

The staff at this establishment were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely cared for, as they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their friendly demeanor and quick responsiveness to any requests made me feel right at home. As for the rooms, they were immaculate! It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The linens were fresh, the floors spotless, and the entire space was well-maintained. The attention to detail, from the neatly arranged amenities to the sparkling bathroom, really stood out. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and cozy stay with exceptional service.

Desk clerk extremely helpful— I was given a ground floor room which I requested, it it was too far from the checkin desk, and I requested a change. He was quick to get me another room closer, and even met me at the room to exchange keys. VERY helpful. Also very pleasant and professional on the phone- i had called previously about room, shuttle, etc— very pleasant, excellent representative for Best Western.mm

This is a great little hotel near the airport - nice lobby, friendly staff, nice big rooms and for the price its amazing. Free Tea and Coffee any time in reception and the breakfast has an amazing choice of cereals, yoghurts, hot breakfast sausage egg bacon toast etc, musli bars, pancakes, waffles, just so much to choose from.
